The concept of Stabbity Bunny has evolved considerably since I first started working on the series in 2012. As new characters emerged and added their voices, the backstory moved to the forefront and became a compelling layer of the narrative. Stabbity Bunny is a tale of mystery and suspense steeped in horror. Innocence is pitted against a ruthless, cynical evil as Grace must overcome a foe hell-bent on gaining power and revenge.

Known as Hanzi until renamed by Grace, Stabbity has been with the family for nearly 100 years. That century and Grace's lineage stretching back thousands of years will impact the larger story as we move through the three 12-issue arcs. Each arc will depict Grace at a different age, dealing with heightened danger and escalating stakes as she matures and realizes her destiny.

Liezl Buenaventura, Color Artist

We searched for a color artist and when we saw Liezl's work we were excited to have her color a sample page for the first issue. Immediately, we knew she was the artist we needed. She adds so much to the mood, the atmosphere and emotion of the series. It was her color work that allowed us to insert subtle shifts and layers to the storytelling that line art and words alone could not. Liezl is an incredible talent and I am glad we have her on the creative team.

Dwayne Biddix, Illustrator

We are so fortunate to have an artist of Dwayne's calibre on the series. He has given form to my scripts, notes, concepts and character descriptions ... I remember the first time I gazed upon each character sheet, each page and cover illustration, every single piece we did for this site, the products and posters. Always I am amazed by his talent. He has the ability to connect with another creator, understand their vision and add his own touches, enhancing the finished work. He is so talented and yet so humble. Dwayne is always honing his skills and his artwork shines with his dedication and hard work. I know there are many exciting projects ahead for Dwayne, and I'm thrilled that Stabbity Bunny is one of them.
